Where can I find sizing on items?
- Samples from each designer we carry range differently in size. Since designers send us their samples, the best way to find the sizing of an item is to see the description of each individual item. There, you can find information on how the piece may fit in accordance to standard sizes.
Are there any damages on sample items?
- Clever Alice does not sell any damaged items.
How do I return my online order?
- Email us at info@cleveralice.com to start a return . Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date. All products must be returned in their original condition with tags Please note: shipping costs will not be refunded. There will be a $10.00 re stocking fee.
When are items shipped out and what carrier do you use?
- Orders are typically shipped out same day or next business day after the order has been placed. All of our packages are shipped with UPS.
Will my order be delivered in a hygienic/safe way?
- We have taken additional health and safety measures in our store to protect our team and customers. Such precautions include handling and packaging merchandise with gloves and periodic cleaning procedures are in effect throughout our store. Our delivery services are also working hard to adapt during this time including maintaining a safe distance when delivering packages.
How often does the inventory change?
- We update our inventory daily. Sign up to our mailing list for more up to date announcements on new designers and merchandise coming to our website.

- Clever Alice host designer samples from brands all over the world. We have a broad selection of curated designer samples from their current season.
